Mum's sister made a rare visit to see her last month and I am very glad to report that Mum was dressed and ready at the appointed time. Clearly the staff had taken the trouble to ensure everything went well with the visit and I was very pleased. Mum's sister is 85 years old and she left Meads House very satisfied. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
Thanks to Jackie and the staff at Meadshouse for the excellent care and love they gave my mother. My mother settled into Meads straight away & always knew she was happy the way her face lit up & she smiled whenever the staff came near her. We never had any worries whilst she was there.
Without wishing to single out a particular person we find the whole team including manager very kind, caring & pleasant. This is reflected in the calm, quiet and pleasant atmosphere that greets us everytime we visit.
I am happy that there are always people around and the feeling is homely. I also appreciate the activities/ entertainment schedule.
All the staff give kind and consistent care with guidance from a very dedicated and conscientious manager.
All staff is very friendly. We visit at different times and its never a problem when we turn up, sometimes at meal times. M is always clean and dressed nicely when we arrive. The staff are very good at coping with her different moods.
I would like to thank you for the devotion you have shown towards S over the last weeks and especially over the last days of her life. It was wonderful to witness. I am sure she would have been ever grateful had she been able to tell you. We are so happy for her to have been in such a tranquil and loving environment at the end.
Please give my thanks to your staff. They are lovely and so sensitive to their environment. We appreciate their always smiling faces.
